Acquired first student housing community at Penn State University changing the face of student housing.

Military Housing
GMH selected by the Department of Defense to provide quality housing to military families nationwide.

Publicly Traded
First publicly traded [REIT] focused on student and military housing.(NYSE: GCT).

Sold GCT
In June, Sold GCT in two separate transactions for a total value of approx. $2 billion.
